This experienced surgeon is a board certified ophthalmologist and cornea specialist has performed more than 20,000 vision correction procedures. He began his vision correction surgical career more than 20 years ago as a participant in the first FDA trials for laser vision correction. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and University of Oklahoma Medical School, this surgeon completed his residency at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation where he served as Chief Resident in his senior year. He completed an additional subspecialty fellowship in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery at Louisiana State University Eye Center.
