The doctor has performed over 24,000 LASIK procedures and has been in practice for over 20 years. He received his M.D. and completed his residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his internship at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and studied as a research fellow in ophthalmology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He was Board Certified in 1987.
